Hot yoga has changed my life. I go to the gym 5x plus a week, and hot yoga is sometimes more challenging than weightlifting. I pay 100 a month, and would even pay 400 if that was the price. I had my body in good shape. It was my mind that i was unhappy with. It took the best of me. Hot yoga has helped me become a better person, handle life situations better, and make good judgement calls. After each session, I feel stronger. Stronger than yesterday. Great things are manifesting in my life. I would recommend this to anyone.

I LOVE hot yoga! You feel amazing and rejuvenated after your practice. It allows you to bend deeper into stretches and detoxify your body at the time time. Although you don’t leave your mat, it feels like you just ran a marathon when its over. Be sure to replenish after your practice with plenty of fluids. Coconut water is a great alternative to sugary sports drinks, and contains all the vitamins and electrolytes you loose during your workout. Hot yoga is great!
